Mastercam masterclass from ETG

The Engineering Technology Group (ETG) will be hosting a Mastercam 2024 workshop event on the 30th May 2024. As part of its ‘Decade of Innovation’ workshop series and its commitment to exceptional customer service and support, ETG will provide a comprehensive one-day event for manufacturers adopting, or interested in adopting Mastercam CAM software technology in their business.

The one-day event will be hosted by ETG software experts Brendan O’Callaghan, Ciaran Fletchmoore and Stephen Noke and Gaetan Schnepp, guest speaker from Mastercam. The event hosted at ETG Ireland headquarters in Newbridge, County Kildare will commence at 9.00am and will conclude with a Q&A session at 2.00 – 3.00pm.

The Masterclass will give engineers a chance to network with like-minded manufacturers prior to commencing of training. From 9.30am, the ETG team will introduce all the new features in Mastercam 2024. The latest version of Mastercam incorporates updates such as simplified CAD creation, workflow improvements, new options for component models and much more. One feature that will certainly be part of the workshop is the ‘unify toolpath in multi-axis’ functionality in Mastercam. The latest suite of Mastercam presents a host of new features that will significantly improve programming and machining cycles for customers using multi-axis machine tools.
