With a centre height of 150mm and a spindle nose of 80mm, the Lehmann EA-510 can accommodate a wide range of accessories directly and comes with an HSK-A63 spindle as standard.

The Lehmann EA-510 is a vertical and horizontal device, with the motor typically mounted to the left-hand side.

With an impressive carrying capacity of 200kg vertically and 400kg between centres, alongside speeds of up to 80rpm (dependent on motor selection), the Lehmann EA-510 is an excellent production assistant.

Lehmann products come fitted as standard with an own brand ‘Lehmann blackBOX’, which allows for instant user monitoring of the device, including the status of all switches, valves and the 24V supply condition. A service light also advises when the device requires a service.

Optional amendments/extras

The Lehmann EA-510 comes with numerous options including increased precision gear versions, various chucking options and rotary couplings, alongside a raised centre height of 180mm if required.

Please note the motor is mounted to the left-hand side on this device and may restrict the Y axis capability in certain circumstances. A right-hand and raised back mount motor option is available, please contact your regional ETG Account Manager for more information.

A centre hole of 46.55mm around 80mm deep and a through hole of 34mm is available should you want to machine long bar components that need to be mounted through the centre.

Remote monitoring is also possible via a USB connection – please contact your ETG Account Manager for more information.

Lehmann devices are modular and can be constructed as multi-spindle devices or built into 5 axis assemblies in various configurations.

All Lehmann products carry a standard one-year parts and labour warranty.
